1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any portion of the dali77 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein. These documents are incorporated by reference and form the complete agreement between you and dali77.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of dali77 and its associated services. dali77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page and will be identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use dali77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine laws governing online gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, or officer of dali77, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or involuntary, issued by dali77 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not have had a previous dali77 account terminated or suspended for breach of these Terms.

dali77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a Philippine national ID (PhilSys), UMID, passport, driver's license, or any other government-issued identification card bearing a photograph and date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of dali77 services, including placing wagers and claiming bonuses, you must complete our account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and email address.

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts—whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or overlapping payment methods—is strictly prohibited. dali77 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dali77 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and void any bonuses or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. You must notify dali77 promptly of any changes to your personal details, including changes to your registered mobile number or bank/e-wallet information used for transactions.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dali77 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other individual to access or use your account. dali77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

You must notify dali77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. dali77 will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports and, where appropriate, suspend your account pending investigation. However, dali77 cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will be prevented in all circumstances.

You agree not to use any automated system, bot, script, or software to access dali77 or to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dali77 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). dali77 accepts deposits through the following verified payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banking channels as may be made available from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction, subject to individual payment method minimums.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your financial institution.
• Payment ownership: You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All amounts are displayed and processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). No currency conversion is applied for Philippine-based transactions.

dali77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. This is a routine anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

dali77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time each promotion is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all dali77 promotions include:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry periods will be clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• dali77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses—including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors—will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome or sign-up bonus once only. Circumventing this restriction through the creation of multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on dali77—including slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, bingo, and fishing games—are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

dali77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers and are subject to the live studio's own operating rules and procedures, which are consistent with internationally accepted casino standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, dali77 reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds. Any wagers placed during a malfunction will be returned to the player's account balance where technically possible. dali77 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dali77 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to access the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or engaging in any form of financial fraud including chargebacks.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any person other than yourself.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any material that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any portion of the dali77 platform without express written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dali77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and software, is the property of dali77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on dali77 is the exclusive property of dali77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use dali77 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: download or copy account information for the benefit of another party; use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; or reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dali77 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the dali77 platform.

dali77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dali77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dali77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

11. Suspension & Termination

dali77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other dali77 policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or an authorized representative.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent Philippine authorities.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination, dali77 will return any remaining verified balance in your account after deducting any amounts owed to dali77, subject to the completion of all applicable verification and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination.

12. Responsible Gaming

dali77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. dali77 provides a range of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to dali77's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must submit a written complaint to dali77 support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. dali77 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and endeavor to resolve the matter within 28 days of acknowledgment.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body. Both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for resolution of any such disputes.

In no event shall any claim under these Terms be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dali77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Where changes are material, dali77 may provide additional notice to registered players via email or platform notification, but is under no obligation to do so.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of dali77 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.
